The NQ4 System is a self contained over-speed and over-length measurement device which utilizes loop detectors and a central processing unit to determine vehicle length and speed. An output signal is created based upon user entered speed and/or length criteria. Applications include truck roll-over warning, over-speed and traffic calming as well as green extend at dangerous intersections.
